Edge Pro, ceramic sharpening steel, grit 1200, 8 inch

Edge Pro advises to remove the last burrs with a sharpening steel, grit size 1200, as the final step of the sharpening process. This is the same sharpening steel as the one included in the delivery of the Apex 2,3 or 4. After it has been used, the sharpening steel can be stored in the flexible tube. By placing the steel conversely in the tube, the tube becomes a large handle so the entire length of the sharpening steel can be used.
