Full description
The ESEE Model 3 is a solid survival knife with a blade of 1095 carbon steel. The extremely durable powder coating on the blade helps protect against the larger rust susceptibility known to carbon steel. The great performance of the steel guarantee a life long pleasure. The full tang blade features a micarta handle. This handgrip feels somewhat rough, which is good for grip and comfort. The ESEE 3 has a fairly modest size and will therefore not easily appear 'threatening'. These dimensions allow you to use it as an EDC-knife.

Nice little knife robust enough for abuse should it occur. If you've got large hands, I'm borderline, it may be wise to go up in the esse range, maybe a 4 . I've got an esse 5 from Knives and tools and very pleased with it's tank like construction and thinking about an esse 6.
