The **Kershaw Analyst 2062ST** is a tough, tactical pocket knife. You open the blade by means of the flipper. The blade opens smoothly thanks to the assisted opening mechanism. The handle is made from black FRN with a nice texture that makes it comfortable to hold. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV steel. This is a stainless steel with great sharpness retention. Also good to know: you can easily sharpen this type of steel. This means you never have to leave home with a blunt knife. The pocket clip allows you to easily carry the Kershaw Analyst with you.

## Kershaw SpeedSafe

Kershaw's assisted opening system is world famous. In fact, they were the very first to bring out such a system. The knife opens very quickly and smoothly because the blade is pushed forward by a torsion bar suspension. When you fold the blade, you automatically press this suspension back into place. Very practical, but above all very easy!

Een geweldig mes, met een kleine maar...

Dit mes is geweldig, de speed assist is de soepelste uitvoering die Kershaw ooit heeft gemaakt. Niet te hard, niet te zacht, maar precies goed. Een prachtige tanto met een bijzondere vorm bovenop het lemmet. Het geheel is eenvoudig met de flipper te openen en eenhandig met de liner lock te sluiten. Waarom dan toch 4 sterren? Simpel: Mijn handen zijn relatief groot waardoor het mes kleiner oogt dan hij in werkelijkheid is. Ik heb meerdere messen (lees: vitrinekasten vol) maar dit mes in het bijzonder oogt gewoon heel klein in de hand. Hierdoor veranderd de "tactical" een beetje naar een... tja. zeg het maar. Heb je kleinere of normaal gevormde handen, dan zal dit allemaal best meevallen. Maar voor deze prijs, echt waar mensen: Geweldig.

Het is een fijn, relatief klein mes dat je eenvoudig mee kunt nemen. Hij gaat makkelijk open door de assisted opening en heeft geen blade play. Een prima mes voor het geld!
