Full description

The KMFS Ruby 3000 sharpening stone set consists of two ceramic sharpening stones with a grit size of 3000 grit. The sharpening stones are made from aluminium oxide with the addition of crushed rubies. The stone has a grit size of 3000 grit. However, the rubies will gradually become finer during sharpening. The end result is a lot finer than 3000 grit. The stone is extremely hard, which means that it is very wear-resistant.
