Full description
The Robert Herder red beech wood turning knife follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This turning knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. It can also be used for various other small cutting jobs. The carbon steel used for the blade is not stainless, so it needs to be treated with care. This means it must be cleaned and dried by hand after use. The handle is made from red beech wood, seamlessly attached to the blade with three rivets.
