The **Viper Katla** is a cool EDC pocket knife, designed by Jesper Voxnaes. This Danish knife maker is one of the most popular designers of recent years. And not without reason! His knives always excel when it comes to ergonomics and style. After all, Danish design is popular for a reason. This Viper Katla is another amazing example of his brilliant design skills.

This is a special **Knivesanstools Exclusive** edition of the Viper Katla. The knife is enhanced with stunning scales made from White Storm Carbon Fibre, made by the experts at FAT Carbon. A material that is comprised of different layers of carbon fibre for a cool effect.

You use the Viper Katla for many daily tasks, but it will also look amazing in a showcase! The finish is perfect and the longer you hold it, the more details you will see. Take the backspacer and pivot collar (the ring around the pivot), for instance. These are made from phosphor bronze. Very cool!

The blade of the Viper Katla is made from top-quality Böhler M390 steel. This steel retains its sharpness well and is corrosion resistant. As such it is, not surprisingly, one of the most popular premium options today. You don’t have to sharpen it as often as other types of steel. As such the knife will last a lot longer. The shape of the blade is remarkable: on the one hand you could say that it is a tanto. Because of the grind towards the tip. However, the kink is not as ‘present’ as with many other Americanized tanto’s. As such it is more for the subtle looks, because it cuts like a ‘normal’ droppoint.

There are two ways to open the Katla: the thumb stud or the fast flipper. 
Because of the ball bearings it opens smoothly. Truly addictive to play with! When opened a linerlock ensures that your fingers are safe. Viper neatly placed it in the material used for the handle.

Great blade shape and very good quality overall! The scales are however, not the best looking unless you're looking at them directly in the light/sunlight. The finish was pretty poor.   The regular versions are a much better value for money. The big brand name on the blade is also not the best thing to look at... Pocket clip too loose. 135gms not 105gms. Too many imperfections in the knife for the money. 

Bonjour c est juste pour savoir car jusqu’à maintenant pas de soucie même au contraire plus que satisfais mais je vient de refaire une commande pas celle d hier celle d aujourd’hui et je prend toujours dhl pour être livré plus vite et en même temp je paye pour mais là il est partie et il m annonce livraison prévue le 28 donc je trouve impeut tard après sa peut changer entre temp je pensais avoir samedi au plus tard donc voilà je vais attendre en tout cas super équipe super site j aime commander ici car c est rapide propre et sans chichi et les produits arrive toujour au top contrairement à d autre merci pour votre professionnalisme sa fais du bien de voir sa!...
