I bought this for my wife who does a lot of garden, orchard and hedgerow work as I thought she would find a small, rubust and comfortable fixed blade knife to be worn aroungpd the neck helpful when multi tasking. She hasn’t had the chance to use it yet but loves the general feel and aesthetics. Sheath is very well made, should last a lifetime.

I was a bit disappointed, if I was to buy this again I would go for a micarta one as the birch scales appear to not be finished with anything. Being pale they've gone grubby looking really quickly. The scandi grind that mine has wasn't well done either. The first 5mm of the blade wast totally flat, ie the scandi sections from both sides hadn't been ground to a point. I'm happy having to sharpen a new knife but don't expect to have to fix something like this. It is a nice knife though. On top of this knives and tools missed off part of my address, so the postman was unable to deliver it.

Great looking knife well finished and super sharp as supplied, pouch is the same. the shape is what i went for with this item as it suits its purpose perfectly but is quite small which needs to be remembered with neck knives.
