The CRKT Squid is a compact EDC folding knife, designed by Lucas Burnley. This knife will scare no one! It’s modest in size and the drop-point blade looks friendly. But don't be fooled; this knife can surely take a beating. The solid frame-lock keeps the blade firmly in place in opened position. The deep-carry pocket clip ensures that you can wear the knife deep in your pocket, in order to prevent you losing it. The knife easily opens with one hand. The hinges run a bit slowly, which some people like more than others.

Very cool looking knife, nice and small, sharp out the box.

Pratico ed eccellente coltello. Dimensioni molto comode e discrete da portare in tasca, e ad un buon prezzo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consegna puntuale. Altamente raccomandato.

Aanvankelijk was het openen met 1 hand onmogelijk omdat het blad te stroef liep. Leek me niet de bedoeling ondanks dat ie op nylon washers loopt ipv kogellagers. Uit elkaar gehaald, gereinigd en nano-olie gebruikt: toen liep ie n stuk beter! Helaas is me dit bij meerdere messen overkomen. Out of the box valt de action tegen, maar meestal komt t goed. Bouwkwaliteit is dik in orde. Oogt en voelt zeer degelijk. Voor mij een prima boxcutter in de garage. Goedkoop voor wat je er voor krijgt. Een   echt werkmes dus. 

Dit is mijn tweede exemplaar. Ik hou van stonewashed en blackwashed EDC messen. Het was veruit mijn favoriet EDC mes dat ik telkens weer verkoos om mee te nemen. Het was bijna constant in gebruik en daardoor is het ergens verloren gelegd. Wellicht komt het ooit terug boven maar ik heb dadelijk een nieuw besteld en van een lanyard voorzien. Dit mesje kan ik echt niet missen.
