The pan is amazing, but bear in mind that it is very heavy, but that’s also good for the longevity of the pan! I would say that this one is the perfect size for cooking for one person. I have the bugger pan as well, and it is very heavy. Knivesandtools were amazing. De Buyer does not deliver directly to Bulgaria, but Knivesandtools does. The delivery was very quick and I had no issues at all. Not to mention that the delivery was also free!

After much review I selected the de buyer carbon steel pro 24 cm pan which is idea for small stir fry or cooking for 1-2 people. Slightly bigger would suit larger portions, however the weight is significant and a larger would have been too heavy for me personally. Very happy with my choice. It cooks food beautifully without sticking and the food retains heat which is often a problem with regular pans

Beautiful pan with great performance! The handle is super comfortable, and I don’t regret buying this over the cheaper regular version, since I can use this in the oven without worrying. 10/10
