## Eden Classic Damast collection

The Eden Classic Damast collction contains all imaginable kitchen knives. The blade of these knives has a core made from strong and stainless AUS-10 steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC. The edge is razor-sharp and easy to sharpen. The core is surrounded by multiple layers of damascus steel. Because of this combination the knives are not only incredibly functional, they are true eye catchers in the kitchen.

The damascus steel blade completely merges with the stunning black design handle. The handle is comprised of a composite of linen and synthetic resin. The handle and the blade are mounted together with the help of three rivets.


## Maintaining Classic Damast kitchen knives

As with any quality kitchen knife the Eden Classic Damast kitchen knives are not dishwasher proof. It is best to immediately clean them after use and dry them. As such the unique appearance and quality of the knives is guaranteed.

Super fijne messen, bijna te scherp (kinderen gebruiken ze ook). Het Nakiri mes had ik wat zwaarder verwacht. Liggen fijn in de hand, mooie afwerking. 

This knife set is a kitchen superstar! The blades are super sharp, and the damascus pattern looks classy. Having 8 different knives covers all my slicing and dicing needs. It's a great addition to any kitchen!

Complete set van goed in de hand liggende keukenmessen. Gekocht als vervanger van 20 jaar oude zwilling four star. Staal lijkt mooi hard, tekening (geen echte damast) roept wisselende reacties op hier in huis. 
Snijdt prima en benieuwd naar de levensduur en hoe goed de messen zelf bij te houden zijn.
