I am sorry to say that I received a cutting board that in my opinion is way under par. It had several cracks. That were filled with glue. A couple of obviously failed atempts by the producer to repair chipped blocks in the board. And generally a lot of glue residue smeared over the surface. Especially around the failed repair jobs. I have written five (5!) e-mails over the last 17 day trying to explain the problem to KnivesAndTools "customer service", which they have not given any proper answer to. So, the board itself would have gotten a 5 star review if I only had received one without the obvious faults. KnifeAndTools customer service on the other hand, 1 star. Buyers be aware.

Hi, as mentioned we will replace the cutting board for you. I will also add a little something for the inconvenience, because this is of course not how we are used to delivering products.
