TL;DR; Excellent product, great site!
Initial impression of the sharpener was that it was too rough, however that is mentioned on the site and I fully expect it to smooth with use.
Arrived on time, as advertised - overall very happy. I have a similar model that I purchased >10 years ago which I still use for my kitchen knives and it has not let me down.
