The **Fontenille Pataud L6G** is a stunning Laguiole knife. Made in Thiers according to French tradition. The perfect knife to cut a piece of steak, peel an apple or simply to admire.

Compared to many other Laguiole knives, this knife is enhanced with a backlock. As a result your fingers are safe. This Fontenille Pataud L6 is enhanced with a 12C27 steel blade. A Swedish type of steel specifically developed for knives. Stainless and thin. As such it is amazing to use. You open it with two hands. The handle is made from juniper wood. Please note: this is a natural product. It makes each knife unique.

Nach einem "Fehlversuch" (Falschlieferung), schneller und unkomplizierter Umtausch.
Zufrieden !!

Ik kocht twee Fontenille Pataud messen met jeneverbes beschaling uit de Nature serie.
Beide messen zijn  onberispelijk afgewerkt. De verbindingen tussen hout en metaal zijn superstrak en er is nergens sprake van kieren en/of opvulling.  
Het toegepast jeneverbeshout is geurig en prachtig getekend. Een van de messen heeft hout met mooie lichtere gedeelten.
De uitgevijlde versieringen zijn bij beide messen van een geheel verschillend motief, maar bijzonder mooi uitgevoerd.
Ook de bijtjes lijken niet dezelfde wijze gevijld.
Eigenlijk verschillen alle onderdelen van beide messen van elkaar in detail.
Maar ook per mes zie je aan de vele minuscule verschillen in symmetrie tussen de linker en de rechterhelft dat het een handgemaakt product is. 
Beide messen centreren  en functioneren perfect. 
Ik vind het bijzonder karaktervolle en oogstrelend mooie messen en ben erg gelukkig met mijn aankoop.







Sehr schönes und wie immer hochwertig verarbeitetes Messer von Fontenille Pataud! Butterweicher Gang der Klinge und sehr feste Arretierung! Die Griffschalen sind ebenfalls sehr sauber eingepasst.
Das Messer ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Messer,sauber verarbeitet,leichtgängig mit Backlock,der sich harmonisch einfügt(warum bieten die anderen Laguiole-Hersteller dass eigentlich nicht an)?
Bleibt nur das Problem aller Laguiole,mit der scharfkantigen Klingenwurzel und Biene,im geschlossenen Zustand,-ohne Etui der Feind aller Hosentaschen.
