The **KA-BAR Bk2 Companion** is one of the heaviest knife in our range. This knife can handle its own. The blade is 6.6 mm thick and made from 1095-carbon steel. This steel, however, is not corrosion-resistant. Fortunately the blade is enhanced with a black coating to make sure maintenance is a lot easier. Thanks to its thickness and the forgiving qualities of the 1095-steel this knife can handle anything: it is almost impossible to break it. In addition, the knife is easy to sharpen which is why this knife is so incredibly popular. 

 The comfortable handle is made from Zytel. A durable light-weight and strong type of plastic. Because of its size the BK2 can also be easily be used if you have large hands or when wearing gloves. The tang of the blade sticks out at the end of the handle and can be used as an improvised hammer.

 It comes with a polyester sheath with belt loop. You can use it to carry the KA-BAR BK2 on your belt

 KA-BAR BK2 is exactly the same as the BK22, the only difference is the sheath.

Le BK2 est l'alternative au Esee 5, moins, lame très légèrement plus épaisse. De prime abord la qualité est exceptionnelle. 133 euros, un peu cher... Mais bien moins que son concurrent !

Das Messer kam schnell und ist genau wie beschrieben. Preis-Leistung ist Top! 

Uitstekende werkpaard. Als je hem in de sheet aan de riem draagt, hangt het aan de drukknoop, is topzwaar; met de drukknoop los wil het bijna onderste boven gaan hangen. Strap om je been, of de knoop gebruiken dus. Het mes zelf voldoet uitstekend! Zeer stevig, goed voor hard bushcraft gebruik. Zeer blij mee!
