**Knivesandtools 550 paracord type III** made in USA, is the perfect material to make a lanyard or wrist band. Originally designed for paratroopers in the American army, but today it is an indispensable tool for outdoor enthusiasts. It is incredibly practical for outdoor activities.

## Knivesandtools 550 paracord type III: unique and rock-solid

The number 550 represents the tractive force of 550 pounds (approximately 250 kg). The nylon casing contains a core comprised of seven thin strands. If the paracord is too thick and the maximum tractive force not necessary, it is possible to remove this core. The thin strands from the core are said to also be used as suture material in case of an emergency. We haven't tested this theory yet!

Paracorde de très bonne qualité. Qualité US.

Très bien. Robuste et bonne qualité de fabrication. Cependant, je trouve que le prix est assez cher. En effet, sur un autre site très connu, j'ai trouvé un Paracord avec la même qualité de fabrication, avec 10 mètres de longueur en plus, pour la moitié du prix de ce qui est proposé ici (15€ vs 7€)... De ce fait, je n'en acheterai plus ici.
