Lionsteel has some of the best designs of any knives for any purpose. I purchased this knife from knivesandtools because I can't get this knife in the states in magnacut. Knife is absolutely awesome!!!! Shipping was insanely fast..... like 4 days from Europe to the states. Worth every penny.

Beautiful well balanced knife, ergonomics are excellent. Very sharp blade, perfect size for general purpose, a great hiking and bushcraft knife The walnut scales had to be removed to be oiled as no protection applied from new on the inside. Overall very happy with purchase.

I WAS SOLD A SECOND, A VERY FAULTY KNIFE! KNIVESANDTOOLS STATED THEY WOULD EXCHANGE AND REPLACE THE KNIFE COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY CHARGES BUT THEN DECIDED THEY WOULD NOT. KNIVESANDTOOLS CUSTOMER CARE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. THEY JUST STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. This is the most expensive version of this knife and I bought this knife as it is the Knivesandtools exclusive M4 in Magnacut. The knife had a crack/split in the walnut scale (the wood on both sides of the knife) and I also noticed after seeing the spilt thar the blades cutting edge (secondary bevel) was very unequal. The knife has a Skeletonised tang ( the metal under the handle has a big rectangular hole in it which means water, sweat, moisture will get under the handle and RUST the knife badly over time. not a Full tang knife. A Full tang knife is solid metal from tip to the pommel/butt/end of the knife. This means that the knife is WEAK and liable to break if used to perform any tasks other than light tasks. My advice is DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL OF KNIFE, IT IS WEAK BECAUSE IT HAS A HUGE RECTANGULAR HOLE HIDDEN INSIDE THE HANDLE AND IT WILL RUST FROM THE INSIDE AND WILL BE DANGEROUS TO USE.
