I have several Lionsteel knives and have been really impressed with the materials, fit and finish are always spot on. I had said I wouldn't buy another as the one I've kept is the best. And then the ever excellent Knives & Tools send me details of yet another Lionsteel, the M5 this time. The one I've kept is the T5....... So no reason to bother with the M5 except... CPM 3V steel. How could I not. 🤷 And I'm glad I did. What an amazing blade. I've stropped it right down to 0.5 micron diamond emulsion and I have no doubt this will handle any job where sharpness is involved. And tough. A lot tougher than anything I've used before. Edge retention remains to be tested but I don't doubt that it will excel; results will be added as an EDIT. The micarta scales and beautiful and as always with Lionsteel, ergonomically brilliant, even with my 2xl+ sized hands. So far, it would need to be chiselled from my cold dead hand.

I own many lion steel knives. I ordered this knife as I was not able to get this knife in 3v in the states. The knife itself is awesome!!!! I highly recommend it. My only complaint with this order was that it was a stock item that I paid for immediately but did not receive it for 4 months. Of all the places I have purchased knives online, this is the only one that took your money before they had any intentions of shipping it. I ended up purchasing another knife from here which happened to be in stock, and it was shipped very rapidly. My suggestion to knivesandtools is, maybe look at your policy of collecting money on a typical in stock product if you're not sure when you're shipping like all the other online knife stores.

Finally a very decent sharp Lionsteel knife out of a box. Superb ergonomics, great fit and finish with a very good price for a super steel like 3V in this size. Micarta feels great in the hand, it is not smooth like black micarta handle on the T5 and not shiny polished like the M4 version. Leather sheath is good quality, same as T5 model with molle on the back. Great medium sized outdoor knife!

Very robust and tough knife. Feels solid in the hand because LS put a ‘coke bottle’ had grip shape on it. 3V is what you expect, tough as hell. All this for a very competitive price and a great sheath. Gives bark river a run for its money. One downsides. 1) Should have been convex - but given the price range I understand why it didn’t come with one. I put one in anyway and it’s MUCH better.
