I bought this knife to cut overgrown roots in my garden. It had a saw edge, it wasn't expensive and it looked Ok Frankly I was expecting something that was cheap and functional. I was amazed. It was top of the range Japanese engineering, the saw edge demolished roots an inch thick, the other edge is razor sharp and the knife doubles as a superb trowel. This knife is incredible value for money

This is an excellent hori hori knife. It is well made, sturdy and with a sharp blade that will be useful in cutting and digging. It is a versatile tool in the garden, for weeding and for planting and since purchasing my 1st knife some years ago, I found it to be invaluable in the garden. This is my 2nd knife and is of a significantly better quality. I am very pleased with it.

Excellent knife well suited for use in the garden. The blade is extremely sharp and deals with stubborn weeds quite easily and this is facilitated by the shape of the blade. A very good purchase on my part. Thank you.
