The **Nordic Knife Design Lizard 75** is a small Scandinavian fixed knife. It is minimalistic and lightweight, making it perfect to carry with you on every hike. The knife has a small finger groove, which makes it very pleasant to hold. A beautiful brass lanyard hole brings a simple yet sophisticated contrast. 

The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel. This type of steel has proven itself over the years in the outdoor knife world. It is stainless, retains its sharpness well, and is easy to sharpen. In addition, the blade runs throughout the entire handle. This is known as a full-tang construction. It gives the blade and handle more strength. 

The knife's handle is made from black micarta. This material is made from layers of canvas with epoxy which is compressed under high pressure. This leaves you with a very strong and beautiful handle material. 

The Lizard 75 Black comes with a beautiful leather belt sheath. so you can easily carry the knife on your belt. (Max. belt width 5.5 cm)

Nordic Knife Design, or NKD for short, is a knife brand from Finland, founded by Dennis Holmbacka. They are known for their full-tang Scandinavian knives. They use beautiful materials for the handles and well-known steels for the blades.

Ondanks zijn kleine formaat heb je toch nog voldoende grip.
In het echt is de zwarte micarta nog mooier en de lederen schede is ook minder lomp dan op de foto. Verder is het mes makkelijk te hanteren.


Een compact en heel mooi afgewerkt mesje en dito lederen schede. Een aanrader. Het mesje ligt, omdat het heft ietwat gebold is, bijzonder goed in de hand.

Ein Wirklich schöner Schneidteufel. Gut verarbeitet. Der Griff ist ausreichend groß (ich habe Handschuh Größe 10) Das passt noch.

Das Lederholster ist ebenfalls sehr gut gearbeitet. Einzig die Schlaufe zum Quer tragen ist nur was für schmale Gürtel ca. 2,5 cm.  Hochkant Tragen für Gürtel bis 5 cm kein Problem. 

Alles im allem ein gutes Messer und EDC. Für den Preis auf Jedenfall zu empfehlen.
