Read a lot about this knife before I bought it and am not disappointed. The design is simple but beautiful and it sits nicely in hand. Light enough in a pocket too. Very quick delivery, great price

First class pocket knife. I carry it all the time I am walking and pick up a stick and whittle. The blade after several attempts will shave my arm easily. Well made and worth the money. Good quality blade, keeps a good edge. I put a drop of WD on the hinge just to keep it from sticking. Ideal knife. You will not be disappointed, it grows on you. five star

Purchased this and the No 6 for grafting. I was looking for a comfortable and incredibly sharp couple knives for grafting apple trees. I chose the carbon steel variety as it is my experience with knives that a better edge is generally achievable with CS as compared to SS. Too early to start grafting yet, but practice on typical material has proven the knives to be just as hoped / expected. They are also very comfortable in the hand and have a safety locking collar. Excellent so far.

I think the knife is very good, my main problem with the knife though, was that the blade came with some excess material at the tip of the blade, but the material was easily taken off with a diamond file. So overall the knife is good for many things but a small adjustment may need to be made before use.
