The **QSP Knife Penguin** is a cool pocket knife with a characterizing sheepsfoot blade. The practical aspect of this shape is that with the tip you can work precisely, while you can also place your thumb on the spine of the blade to apply some more pressure during the more demanding tasks. You quickly open it with one hand with the double thumb stud and because of the linerlock your fingers will be safe.

The blade is made from D2. This is a tough type of tool steel that retains its sharpness well. You can also easily sharpen D2. Do pay attention around moisture and acids: D2 is not as stainless as certain corrosion resistant types of steel. So make sure you clean and dry it after use.

The handle of this knife is made from micarta. A composite material made from textile and synthetic resin. Rock-solid, lightweight and it feels great in hand.

Ongekend veel waar voor je geld. D2, micarta, geweldige fit & finish en dan deze prijs? Dat is bijna verdacht. In ieder geval een no brainer

Molto robusto, lama super tagliente e molto bella esteticamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Piccola nota il sistema di apertura non fluidissimo. 

Das QSP Knife Penguin ist sehr gut verarbeitet, die Klinge ist sehr scharf, es lässt sich sehr gut öffnen und schließen, der grüne Micarta Griff sieht super aus und fühlt sich auch sehr gut an, liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Rundum ein sehr gelungenes Taschenmesser mit einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

I got this for 32€. It doesn't have the perfect handle or something but for that price it's a must have. The blade makes it a perfect letter and package slicer/opener and I can imagine someone working at a warehouse with this as the main tool. The action is not that smooth but I haven't applied any lube to the pivot yet. It's not a big deal if I just flip it open with a little more strength. It came sharp enough.
