The **Robert Herder stainless steel Mill knife** is a perfect peeling knife. Because the blade is thin it is amazing to use. It is the perfect potato peeling knife!


The blade is made from stainless steel. This means the blade is less likely to rust than the [Robert Herder Mill knife with carbon steel.](/en/pt/-robert-herder-peeling-knife.htm) We, however, don’t recommend cleaning the knife in a dishwasher. Robert Herder knives are mostly made by hand and can therefore take longer to arrive in our warehouse. This also means that the delivery time is sometimes more than our website claims. If a knife is listed as ‘in stock’, it is in stock and ready to be shipped!

Pracht mes. Voor alles te gebruiken ligt fijn in de hand voor mij zeer belangrijk ivm spierziekte linker en rechterhand 

Ooit zag ik een docu serie van Wouter Klootwijk met alles over eten en wat er bij komt kijken. Een aflevering ging over de scherpte van messen en zijn essentie daarvan oudsher bewezen in de keuken. Daar waar ik mezelf , voorheen niet beter wetend , begaf in de basis, dan koop je een (veel te) goedkope wegwerp mes. Totdat ik hier kennis nam van iets practisch ambachtelijks. Een scherp keukenmes. Ik kom uit een gezin waar eten vooral een noodzakelijk kwaad leek. En mede dankzij dit mesje ( Robert Herder mesje) is eten en eten bereiden toch nog wèl een plezier geworden. Tevens, goedkoop is duurkoop, dus op sommige dingen wil je dan ook als vanzelfsprekend nooit meer bezuinigen voor de rest van je leven. Geoefend dat ik destijds al was , om iets voor aankoopbehoeven , het te googlen , bracht mij, met dit motief zoekende, op internet, direct geslaagd en succesvol in de keuken, meteen bij knivesandtools. Ipv zoveel keer per jaar een wegwerp mes, koop ik sindsdien af en toe (zonder bij slijpen) voor het reuze reuze ontzorgd gemak , bij hun wat keuken gereedschap.

Heerlijk mes en super scherp. Ook na enkele weken geen teken van vermindering 
Beetje meer investeren, veel beter mes. Aub laat de
Mesjes bij de supermarkt liggen
