Sage cutting boards are made from a combination of FSC-certified wood, pulp and resin. These cutting boards are fairly thin with a smooth, non-porous, heat-resistant surface that is, above all, hygienic. Sage cutting boards thus comply with the food safety management principles, as set down in the HACCP. This means that these cutting boards can always be used in any professional food establishment. The wood is dense enough to resist deep scratches, yet not so dense as to damage the knives. According to Sage, these cutting boards are extremely durable and will last more than twice as long as an ordinary wooden cutting board. They are also relatively lightweight and thin, making them hardly any higher than a kitchen worktop. Contrary to most ‘ordinary’ wooden cutting boards, these boards are dishwasher safe.

A handy chopping board,: protects knives and survives a dishwasher.

Mooie snijplank. Compact formaat en vaatwasser bestendig. Had al een grotere uitvoering van Sage en die beviel erg goed. Nu dus een kleiner formaat voor erbij. Zit geen anti-slip onder, dat is een klein min puntje voor mij persoonlijk. Verder erg tevreden.

Ik heb gekozen voor deze snijplank omdat ik niet in kunststof wilde snijden. Harde materialen zoals glas vond ik ook geen optie omdat ik geen zin had in botte messen. Dus bleef er een optie over een hout soort. Ik ben al in bezit van een snijblok maar die zijn moeilijker bacterie vrij te houden daarbij til je die niet snel naar je pan met gesneden groenten. 
Gewicht bevalt prima , groter is te zwaar in mijn opinie. 
Het had wel een randje kunnen gebruiken.
Bij het snijden zie ik meteen snij plekken er op maar deze kleuren niet naar de waar die ik snijd wat mij aangeeft dat het niet te diep is ingetrokken. Ik had het materiaal wel iets harder in geschat. 
Maar voor nu bevalt het me prima, Als hij 1jr goed mee gaat dan wil ik hier zkr 5ster van maken.. Voor nu kan ik dit product zkr aanraden voor iedereen die niet graag op kunststof wil snijden.

Excellent product. Good size chopping board slightly bigger then A4 size.  So far the only company  online in the UK that sell a wide range and sizes in this collection.

Brought a few chopping board in this range and looking to build up my collection in the near future
