Sage cutting boards are made from a combination of FSC-certified wood, pulp and resin. These cutting boards are fairly thin with a smooth, non-porous, heat-resistant surface that is, above all, hygienic. Sage cutting boards thus comply with the food safety management principles, as set down in the HACCP. This means that these cutting boards can always be used in any professional food establishment. The wood is dense enough to resist deep scratches, yet not so dense as to damage the knives. According to Sage, these cutting boards are extremely durable and will last more than twice as long as an ordinary wooden cutting board. They are also relatively lightweight and thin, making them hardly any higher than a kitchen worktop. Contrary to most ‘ordinary’ wooden cutting boards, these boards are dishwasher safe.

Prima snijplank. Wel aan de prijs.. goede levering!

De très bonne facture et très efficace avec de bons couteaux de cuisine juste dommage qu’ils collent une étiquette sur tout le long qui laisse un trace lorsqu’on l’enlève 

Uitstekende snijplank die alle vorige goedkope vervangt. Ondertussen 4 stuks in gebruik. Een droom om op de snijden.

Planche géniale, achetée en complément d'une planche en noyer massif que j'utilise pour couper le pain et les légumes.
J'utilise la planche Sage uniquement pour préparer la viande, parce qu'elle est plus facile à laver et à entretenir qu'une planche en bois, et surtout moins encombrante.
Elle semble très robuste et durable dans le temps, et la couleur noire est passe partout.
Les petits pieds antidérapants sont un plus appréciable.
Les dimensions (45x30) sont très utiles et on ne manque pas de place.
Je recommande sans hésitation.
