*Tramontina grill skewers* are ideal for barbecuing. You don't even need an actual barbecue. You can also light an open fire and hang a long skewer over the fire on a support. The skewer is sturdy enough for this because it's V-shaped and made of stainless steel. As well as providing strength, this shape also ensures that the meat rotates with the skewer and does not move freely on the skewer.


## Tramontina Churrasco: barbecuing the Brazilian way


In South America, they know how to barbecue! The rich barbecue history leads us back to the Tropeiros, which is the Portuguese name for cowboys in Brazil. They worked with whatever was available to them to survive while herding cattle. On the Pampas, that meant leather, meat and wood.
