To use the GEFU Spirelli, simply place the vegetables firmly in the holder and push them through the blades in a circular motion. Depending on the desired result, you can choose between two cutting sizes: thin spiral strips or slightly wider ribbons.

GEFU Spirelli finger guard

A convenient accessory for the original Spirelli is the GEFU Spirelli finger guard. With this, you can secure vegetables and easily turn the last piece of vegetable through the spiral slicer, without having to worry about your fingers. After use you can clean it in the dishwasher. It cannot go wrong!

Please note: the finger guard is only suitable for the original Spirelli. It does not fit on the bigger Spirelli 2.0 or the Spirelli XL.

GEFU Spirelli 2.0 spiral slicer

The Spirelli 2.0 comes with its own finger guard. The knives are made of Japanese stainless steel. They make julienne-like strips with a thickness of 3 mm or 5 mm. The Spirelli can cut fruit and vegetables with a diameter of 20 to 60 mm.

GEFU Spirelli XL spiral slicer

This Spirelli XL is a larger version of the well-known Spirelli. This XL version can handle vegetables up to 65 mm in diameter. The spiral slicer is enhanced with stainless Japanese steel blades on both sides. They make julienne-like strips with a thickness of 4.5 mm or 8 mm. The Spirelli XL comes with its own finger guard. With the included cleaning brush, you can quickly clean the spiral slicer if needed.
