The **Civivi Chiro C23046-3 Black Shredded G10** is a tough-looking, robust pocket knife. The first thing you'll notice are the knife's angles and the recess in the blade. The hollow shape of the blade's spine offers extra grip, making it easy to apply some force during use.

## Civivi Chiro blade

You can easily open the knife with the flipper or the large thumb hole. The blade is made from 14C28N, a Scandinavian steel type specifically designed for knives. This steel is more corrosion resistant and tougher than 12C27. The tip of the knife points upward a bit, making it very suitable for skinning game or filleting fish. 

## Civivi Chiro handle

The handle is made from black G10, a strong composite material made from glass fibres and synthetic resin. Usually, the fibreglass is applied to the handle in a layered manner, but now the choice was made to use the fibres separately. This is rarely done in the knife world. There are many curves in the design of the handle, giving you an even better grip on the knife and a good grip for heavy-duty tasks.
