This **Claude Dozorme Oyster set** is the basis for a perfect oyster party. A solid base to keep the oyster in place, an oyster knife and a lemon squeezer for the lemon juice.


The Laguiole oyster knife has a pointed blade made from 50Cr15MoV steel. Stainless and incredibly tough. Perfect for a knife that has to deal with so much sideways pressure. The handle has that typical Laguiole shape. In terms of material one chose ivorine. That is an artificial substitute for ivory. A fancy look and feel, but sustainable.


The oyster holder is made from flexible plastic. As a result you will be able to press the oyster into it to make sure it stays in place. The raised edge at the base enables you to hold it at the edge of the table. After opening you can squeeze some lemon juice out of a lemon with the squeezer for that finishing touch.


This oyster set is the embodiment of French craftsmanship. The professionals at Claude Dozorme made this product with passion. You can clearly see the hand of the master in the finish. Small imperfections are a part of this and give the product its authentic French charm.
