These **Eden serrated tomato knives, light grey, 11 cm** are specially designed for cutting soft or delicate ingredients, such as tomatoes, without crushing them. The fine serrations make it easy to cut through the smooth skin of the tomato, while the blunt tip offers some extra safety during use. These vegetable knives are also ideal for other soft or thin ingredients, such as citrus fruits, soft cheeses or sandwiches, where a regular knife would possibly tear or crush them.

## About the handle and the blade

The blades are made from x50crmov15 steel. This is a high-quality stainless steel known for its excellent sharpness retention, corrosion resistance and toughness. The handles are made of polypropylene, a durable, lightweight and hard-wearing plastic that is ideal as a handle material because of its excellent grip and resistance to moisture.

## Maintaining the Eden vegetable knives

After use, these vegetable knives can simply be placed in the dishwasher. However, keep in mind that frequent use in the dishwasher can cause colours to fade. For a longer lifespan of your knives, we recommend cleaning them by hand after use and drying them immediately.
