These **Flytanium Spyderco Para 3 Scales** are very good aftermarket accessories for the Spyderco Para 3. They are well-fitting scales made by the experts at Flytanium. These scales have screw holes for the pocket clip for tip-up right-handed use. 

These scales are made from brass. It has a beautiful colour and feels nicely solid. Please note: brass will develop a patina in time.

## Flytanium accessories

At Flytanium they have been making very good accessories for all sorts of pocket knives for many years. While for many manufacturers this remains a hobby, Flytanium specialized in this, so the Flytanium scales have an excellent reputation worldwide. 

## Tips when installing

Adding new scales or other accessories isn't without risk! To prevent damage to screws and scales, always use suitable screwdrivers and never force anything. We prefer to add a piece of a plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Carefully heat them with a hairdryer or tap the back of the screwdriver to break the loctite. 

Also check the warranty conditions of the manufacturer: for some brands the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. You add the scales at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or accessory.
