## FULL WiNDSOR Magware: materials and anodisation

The cutlery in this set is made of 7075-T6 aluminium. This is the strongest Grade aluminium and has a better strength-to-weight ratio than Grade 2 titanium. The anodised coating on the aluminium is long-lasting, as long as it is properly maintained. As with anything, wear is inevitable, and with frequent and heavy scratching, the anodised layer will wear off with time. But don't worry: Magware is made of 100% food-safe aluminium. Even if the anodisation wears off, it remains safe to use.

## FULL WiNDSOR Magware: cleaning

We recommend washing your Magware by hand to keep it in perfect condition. The aggressive detergent often used in the dishwasher can have a negative effect on the Magware. Please make sure to use a mild detergent when washing your Magware. 

## FULL WiNDSOR Magware BYO: durable

Magware is designed to tackle a significant problem facing our planet. Every year we throw away billions of disposable plastic items, including cutlery, and many of those items end up in our oceans. Plastic never breaks down completely, but disintegrates into small pieces that resemble food scraps for fish and other marine animals.

The idea behind the Bring Your Own (BYO) Cutlery movement is that it can help significantly reduce the number of disposable plates and cutlery thrown away every year. Just as it has become the norm to carry a reusable water bottle, Magware hopes that people will do the same with non-disposable cutlery.

To further emphasise the sustainability of FULL WiNDSOR, the caps over the magnets are made of recycled polypropylene and the packaging is made of 100% recycled cardboard. The case in which the cutlery comes is made of recycled plastic bottles.
