The Kershaw Sanctum Assisted 1815 is a handy EDC knife with an assisted flipper that allows the blade to unfold at lightning speed. The blade has a wharncliffe shape which is perfect for opening boxes and making straight slices. The blade has a hollow-grind, ensuring the edge is wafer-thin and also stays that way when you sharpen it later. These characteristics give the blade excellent cutting properties.
