The Laguiole en Aubrac Gourmet chef's knife 20 cm is an elegant and versatile handmade kitchen knife. The large 'belly' and pointed tip of the blade stand out. Because of this shape the middle of the knife is quite large making it easy to cut a piece of meat or vegetables into pieces. The narrow edge towards the tip is perfect for the more detailed tasks. These knives are made by hand in Espalion, France.
