The Laguiole en Aubrac Gourmet boning knife olive wood is a thin, elegant and handmade kitchen knife. The long blade and the pointed tip of the blade stand out. Because of this shape the middle of the knife is large enough to make large strokes. The narrow edge towards the tip is perfect for the more detailed tasks. This knife was made by hand in Espalion, France.
