Sharpening stone that can be used with the Lansky sharpening system. This Super Sapphire sharpening stone (Super Sappphire Polishing Sharpening stone) is intended for polishing well-sharpened knives. The result is a mirrored edge knife that is at least as sharp as the blade in new condition. Often even better!
