The Liong Mah KUF EDC 3.0 is a compact version of the Liong Mah KUF V2 Kitchen Utility Folder. A large pocket knife, designed as a foldable kitchen knife. The KUF EDC is, in terms of shape and function, almost identical to its bigger brother. Because of its smaller size it is better suited for daily use. The flat-grind blade is very thin behind the edge. As such it is easy to use. Take it with you to peel an apple, use it as a steak knife or to open a box.
