The **Maxpedition Riftblade** is the big brother of the Riftcore. The entire design looks a lot like the 23l Riftcore but is a little bigger: 30 litres. To comfortably carry that extra 30% of capacity Maxpedition added a carrier belt. 


 The Riftblade is a top-quality tactical backpack. With its capacity of 30L it is perfect for day trips or commuting. It contains a soft compartment with enough room for a 13.3" laptop, or a drinking system.



Striking about the **Maxpedition Riftblade** is the amount of MOLLE/PALS mounting options. The front and sides contain many different loops to make sure there is always a way to hang your gear from the bag. Originally these loops were, of course, designed for soldiers, but survival, bushcraft and airsoft enthusiasts have also discovered the versatility of these systems.



The Maxpedition Riftblade is enhanced with a couple cleverly postitioned compression straps. With it you can make the bag as big or small as necessary. To make sure the straps don't get it in the way when you don't use them Maxpedition added a small compartment per strap you can use to store them. At the bottom of the bag you will also find two straps you can use to attach a jacket or sleeping bag.



There are multiple ways to adjust the straps to make carrying the Riftblade as comfortable as possible. An adjustable chest strap and waist strap are both present. On the inside of the Maxpedition Riftblade you will find many options to neatly organize your gear. Per compartments the options differ. In the front you will have enough room for smaller gear, further to the back you can store larger tools. On the front of the bag, at the top, you find a semi-hard closable compartment with soft lining. Perfect for sunglasses or a small camera.



As befits Maxpedition the Riftblade is made from only the best materials. This bag will last a lifetime. The bag is mostly made from Cordura 500D Hex Ripstop and Cordura 1000D nylon. Somewhat waterproof and therefore suitable to withstand a light rain shower. Because of the Teflon treatment the bag is even better equipped against water and dirt. For the straps Maxpedition used seatbelt material. Rock-solid and comfortable on your skin.



## Maxpedition AGR: Advanced Gear Research


For this AGR collection Maxpedition pulled out all stops with regards to product development. Moving forward from the Legacy collection, which put Maxpedition on the map, they looked at all aspects again. They took the type of zipper into account, the fabrics used, the material for clips and closures, the stitching: they did whatever they could to make these bags as reliable as possible.
