The Miyabi 5000MCD nakiri 18 cm comes from the Zwilling J. A. Henckels factory in Seki, Japan. The ergonomic D-shaped handle made of Masur birch wood and the beautiful drawing of Damascus steel on the blade are especially noteworthy.
