The Real Steel Stella Premium is a slipjoint pocket knife, designed by Jakub Wieczorkiewicz of Poltergeist Works. It is a premium version of the original. It is lightweight, razor-sharp, and legal to carry in many countries. This is because you open it with two hands, and it doesn't have a full locking mechanism. There is only a slipjoint that offers some resistance.
