I was extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have bought your knives in the past and wanted to add a couple more since I found them very useful, however the ones you sent me were Butter knives and were much smaller than the ones I had previously purchased from you. It was impossible to tell from your catalogue the actual size of the knives. I wanted to return them with the intention of buying the 'correct' size. However when you informed me that I would have to pay £12. 50 and a further amount to re order I felt that this was totally unfair. A good friend of mine has experienced a similar situation. her name is Antoinette Mino. We are both very disappointed with your company and shall not be buying any more knives from you in the future.

I love this cute little knife! It is sharper than I anticipated, good for cutting fruit or cheese so more than a butter knife. It makes a nice addition to my picnic cutlery collection.

Fantastic quality knife as you would expect from Robert Herder. Unfortunately, I was not careful enough to read the information about the actual size of the knife, which is really tiny and not a standard sized knife. Completely, my mistake though. I gave it to my 11 year-old daughter, who is thrilled with it, so did not return. Great speedy service and would certainly buy from again.
