This **Robert Herder steak knife** is a fine knife, made in Germany. Robert Herder is known for its exceptional thin grinds. And this steak knife is no exception. As a result, this steak knife cuts through steak as if it were butter.



The blade is made from stainless steel, which is nice and easy to maintain. The handle is made of POM. POM is a durable plastic that is used by Solingen knifemakers, among others. It feels great in hand and is also maintenance-free. Nevertheless, this knife is not dishwasher-safe.
