Sage cutting boards are made from a combination of FSC-certified wood, pulp and resin. This results in a thin cutting board with a smooth, non-porous, heat resistant and very hygienic surface. They meet the HACCP standard which regulates issues of food safety. They can therefore be used in a professional environment.
