This **Zwilling Twin Grip turning knife** is incredibly practical for daily use. This relatively light-weight knife is made from top-quality materials. The plastic handle is ergonomically shaped and seamlessly merges with the blade. As such bacteria cannot accumulate underneath the handle, making these knives incredibly hygienic.


The blade is made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled to-70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.


After the hardening process the blade is sharpened in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone.


Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Twin Grip collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.

Na alle Hema-mesjes en andere troep, heb ik eindelijk een goed schilmesje te pakken. Het schillen is een plezier geworden. Ben er zeer content mee. Heb er meteen 3 gekocht.

Heel fijn mesje. Jaren geleden gekocht in Duitsland en helaas was het lemmet doormidden. (Kan eigenlijk niet in de vaatwasser ). Dus het nieuwe mesje gewoon afwassen. Geweldig tevreden.

Bei dem Messer war ich ein wenig enttäuscht. Es fühlt sich nicht wirklich gut an, allerdings ist es sehr schaft, was die Beurteilung dann auch auf 3 Punkte bringt. 

Super fijn schilmesje om bijvoorbeeld kiwi's mee te schillen.
