Classic French handmade Laguiole pocket knife. Length closed: 12 cm Equipped with 12c27 steel blade. Handle with olive wood scales. 

**Slip joint** 

It doesn't contain a real lock, merely a so-called slipjoint hinge. The knife will not close unexpectedly during normal use, but it opens and closes more heavily than the models with a back-lock. 

This is, however, the classic Laguiole construction and will suffice is most cases.

**Standard with many options** 

The blades from the Fontenille Pataud initially seem more expensive than the blades from other manufacturers, but you immediately get all the options for which you have to pay extra with other brands: 

  * Stainless steel end pieces (instead of brass) 

  * The bee and spring are forged from one piece of steel (instead of welded)

Een zeer fraai Fontenille Pataud mes. Mooi zwaar uitgevoerd. Bolsters en lemmet mooi afgewerkt en lemmet goed geslepen. Hout van de greep van goede kwaliteit en ook goed afgewerkt. Je ziet aan alles dat dit een handgemaakt mes is. Een prachtige Laguiole voor mijn verzameling.
