## HORL 3 Quick Lock

Thanks to the HORL Quick Lock system, removing and replacing the sharpening discs is fast and easy, it only takes one twist. With the HORL Quick Lock and interchangeable sharpening discs, you have all the options at your disposal. Enjoy complete flexibility and have more fun with the HORL 3 Walnut! ## HORL 3 Angle Support and Grip Pad

The magnetic Angle Support is the included block to which you attach your knife. This block always keeps the knife at the desired sharpening angle. Thanks to the HORL Grip Pad, the magnetic Angle Support now offers 70% more grip than the previous HORL models, allowing for better gripping of kitchen knives and even small pocket knives. 

### HORL 3 Walnut sharpening angles

The HORL 3 Walnut has two sharpening angles. Use the 20° sharpening angle for sharpening European kitchen knives and pocket knives for long-lasting sharpness. You use the 15° sharpening angle mainly for Japanese kitchen knives that require a thin and razor-sharp edge. The HORL 3 Walnut is the ideal knife sharpener for those who prioritize sharp, durable edges on their kitchen knives. 

## HORL 3 Walnut abrasive material

The HORL 3 Walnut has one diamond-coated sharpening disc with a medium grain size that uses the HORL Block Diamonds. This ensures effective and consistent results. Excellent for making your dull knives sharp once more. On the other side is the fine, ceramic sharpening disc. You use this after the diamond sharpening disc, to refine the edge of the knife and make it even sharper.

At the foot of the Black Forest you'll find HORL, the family business of Otmar and Timo Horl. Father and son. Otmar's idea to create a rolling knife sharpener dates back to the nineties. Throughout the years he and his son Timo designed, updated and produced the knife sharpener.

Het is even zoeken. Niet over hoe het werkt, want dat is duidelijk aangegeven. Maar hoe het werkt met de messen die je hebt, die al heel lang niet, of niet goed geslepen zijn. 
Momenteel is het dus nog afwachten of we heel blij zijn of, dat het product gewoon doet wat het moet doen.

Ik ben een beetje een kluns waar het aankomt op messen slijpen. Met deze horl is het een koud kunstje. Krijgt zelfs mn M390 messen scherp. Lichte kritiek, de rollers geven zeker in het begin zwarte sporen op een tafelblad

Perfekt geslepen messen zonder veel moeite.  Eenmaal goed geslepen zijn ze makkelijk bij te houden met de  keramische schijf.
