KME was established after two American friends had trouble sharpening their tools. They thought that there had to be an easier way to do it. The sharpening system they developed was improved, modified and expanded through the years. They also produced a range of accessories to expand the sharpening systems. It is up to you to decide how far you are willing to go.


The KME Sharpeners are made from a purely practical point of view. No unnecessary design or other frills. It was designed with a clear goal: quickly, precisely and easily sharpen all types of knives, axes and other tools enhanced with a blade. The products are therefore solid, decent and sustainable.
