This Edge Pro grain 80 diamond sharpening stone from the Matrix collection has a top-layer made from diamond, with grain size 80. This makes the extremely coarse sharpening stone perfect to profile and sharpen very hard types of (powder)steel. With this Edge Pro sharpening stone you can even sharpen ceramic knives. You use this sharpening stone in combination with water. Clean the stone after use with lather or alcohol.
