This Edge Pro diamond-coated sharpening stone has a top-layer made from diamond, with a 1100 grain size. As such this sharpening stone is perfect when sharpening very hard (powder) types of steel. With this Edge Pro sharpening stone you can even sharpen ceramic knives. You use this sharpening stone in combination with water. Clean the stone after use with lather or alcohol.
