The **Extrema Ratio A.M.F. Desert** is a rock-solid fixed knife. A.M.F. stands for: Advanced Multi Function. This means that the knife is incredibly versatile. Thanks to the long blade of 20.6 cm, this knife can also handle heavy-duty tasks. The design of the Extrema Ratio A.M.F. Desert is based on a survival knife from the eighties. The knife is easy to take apart for deep-cleaning. It comes with a MOLLE-compatible cordura sheath.

## Extrema Ratio A.M.F. Desert blade

The blade is made from Austrian Böhler N690 steel. This is a stainless steel with great sharpness retention that is also used for surgical tools. N690 is highly durable and can be sharpened until razor sharp. The blade has a sand-coloured coating to increase corrosion resistance.

The knife has a stick-tang handle with an overmould made of Forprene plastic. This is a durable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with a rubbery feel. This gives you a firm, comfortable grip on the handle, no matter what situations you find yourself in.
