Extrema Ratio Resolza Black pocket knife

I like this knife... a lot! What I had not noticed when I ordered it is that it lacks a thumb stud. I've ordered a small screw-on stud, but, in the meantime, I've discovered that I don't actually need it; the knife *can* be opened well enough with one hand, once you discover 'the knack'. That said, I have, since the Resolza arrived, invested in the BF3 Dark Talon, which does have an opening stud, and, it must be said, is thereby much easier to open with one hand. I opted for the Resolza 12, the big one -- with a blade of some 12 cms in length. This 'pocket knife' lacks a pocket clip, and, I suggest, if you want to keep it on you when in town, you will need a deep pocket, just as you need deep pockets to afford its £200 price tag! You get what you pay for. (I'll not be EDC-ing the Resolza 12 as it is certainly not UK street legal -- far too long a blade, and it has a most beautifully executed liner lock.) Extrema Ratio seems to be better known for its tactical fixed knives (and it's not difficult to see why -- I love my Fulcrum). However, Extrema Ratio folding knives should not be under-rated. Very sharp out of the box, and extremely comfortable in the hand... in my XL-sized hand, at least. This may seem counterintuitive from Extrema Ratios' looks -- you do need to get your hands on one.
